Dear Parents,
At the beginning of our summer session, we would like to take this opportunity to send you and your children our greatest regards hoping your children will enjoy the best holiday with the Dolphins Junior Club.

Needless to say that we will give your children the opportunity to play and have fun within extreme conditions of supervision and security. However and to make sure everything runs smoothly, we ask you to take note of the following.

 · Insurance is available at all locations that activities will take place in.

 · Provide your child with (اخراج قيد) as soon as you get this letter.

 · All the buses we use are air-conditioned to ensure the best conditions during our daily travels. We urge you to abide by the time given to you by your children’s bus driver as not to cause any delays. Delays, however, are bound to occur the first two days only until the bus schedule is fixed.

 · The Club caps with the logo and phone number should be with your children all through the session. This will protect them from the summer heat and will help us to place them within their designated groups.

 · A snack will be made available from the Club for the entire session.

· Water should be sent with your child everyday.

· Children under age of 5 should have extra clothes everyday

· Swimming Days :  Girls should be provided with a swimming bonnet

· A memo will be sent with your child every Friday to remind you of the planned activities and what they need to have for each activity. The memo will also be available online.

.  We would also wish to inform you that no compensation can be made if your child misses certain activities within the session because the Club has already signed the deals with the administrations relating to our activities.

· Your children are welcome to ask their relatives or friends to join them in all activities they choose. Guests’ fee is $35 for the entire day incluiding transportation and snacks

· All money matters should be handled with the monitor on the bus before the activity begins.
